our promise
The industry matters. We are humble stewards.
“Our customers offer the highest-value product in the world: real-life experiences. We believe our customers provide more of what the world needs: adventure and human connection. Our job is to help them deliver.”
Connor LanmanFounder and CEO, Brindlechutewhat we believe
Four things that decide what we build
The operator owns the client
Not us, and not a marketplace. Your client list is yours, exportable, always, and we never put ourselves between you and the person who trusted you.
We should only get paid when you do
A small partnership fee on completed bookings means a hard season costs you almost nothing. It is the reason we cannot be indifferent to your year.
Software should be quiet
The best outcome is that you stop noticing it. Nobody wants a relationship with their booking system; they want their evenings back.
Be worth keeping
No long-term lock-in, and no contract doing the work the product should be doing. If we stop earning it, you should be able to leave.
who you talk to
A small team, on purpose
You will talk to the same few people for as long as you are a customer. Connor ran an outfit in Missoula before building this, and he is still usually the one who answers when you call. When someone joins and wants their name on the site, they will be here.
