Data deletion request
Use this form to ask us to delete the personal data Brindlechute holds about you. Anyone can make this request — you do not need an account with us, and there is no charge.
What happens after you submit
We search our systems for the details you gave us. We email you to confirm what we found, and again once it is removed. If we cannot match your request to a record, we will say so rather than leave you waiting. We aim to respond within 30 days.
What we may have to keep
Some records we are required to retain — payment and tax records, for example, and anything we need to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. We will tell you if that applies to any part of your request. Everything else goes.
If you booked a trip through an outfitter
Outfitters and guide services run their own businesses on Brindlechute, and they hold their own copies of their client records. We will delete what we hold and tell you who else to contact.
